Aspen Counseling & Wellness is a Texas-based therapy practice providing online counseling exclusively through telehealth. Our licensed therapists serve clients across the state, including Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Fort Worth, El Paso, and surrounding communities.

We provide compassionate support for children and teens ages 12+, adults, couples, and families. Our licensed professional counselors (LPCs) specialize in culturally affirming care, with experience in trauma recovery, relationship counseling, anxiety, depression, and identity-affirming therapy, including Black and Hispanic therapists serving Houston and beyond.

We believe quality mental health care should be accessible. That’s why we offer affordable counseling options and accept a variety of insurance plans to reduce barriers to care.
