Growing up on Chicago's southside, food and family were inextricably linked. Nothing, in my opinion, pulls people together like good food. As a chef, my goal is to make you feel at ease from the moment you take your first bite. I want you to feel as if you're sitting at their table, whether it was your mother, father, grandmother, beloved auntie, or cousin who knew how to burn.
