Corpus Christi Black Chamber of Commerce

Founded in 1943 as the Negro Chamber of Commerce, the Corpus Christi Black Chamber of Commerce was the first organization of its kind in the Coastal Bend region. For decades, it has been dedicated to fostering economic growth, supporting entrepreneurship, and expanding opportunities for Black and minority-owned businesses. Through advocacy, education, networking, and community engagement, the Chamber works to strengthen businesses, encourage innovation, and promote sustainable economic development. Guided by its mission to advance social and economic progress, the Corpus Christi Black Chamber of Commerce continues to serve as a catalyst for empowerment and opportunity throughout the Coastal Bend community.
