You may appear capable and put together on the outside, but internally feel anxious, overwhelmed, or uncertain, especially in relationships. You might find yourself overthinking, over-functioning, or feeling responsible for keeping everything running smoothly, even when you’re exhausted. Many of the women I work with, particularly Black women, have spent years being “the strong one” while rarely feeling supported themselves. You’re not looking to be fixed, you want to feel more grounded, secure, and confident in how you show up for your life and relationships.

I specialize in working with anxiety, attachment patterns, & over-functioning, particularly for women who have learned to cope by staying in control. My approach is relational and trauma-informed, with a strong focus on understanding the nervous system and how past experiences shape present-day reactions. The goal is to help you feel grounded and confident.
If you’re tired of holding everything together, questioning your reactions, or feeling like you should be “further along,” you’re not alone. Therapy can be a space to understand them with compassion and create room for something different.
