Description

Collin County is one of the fastest-growing counties in Texas. This vibrant region of North Texas is home to professional sports teams and major corporations. The Collin County Black Chamber of Commerce (CCBCC) was founded to create meaningful opportunities for minority-owned businesses by connecting entrepreneurs, professionals, and organizations with the resources needed to thrive. Established by Keevin Dailey and Jamal Murray, the Chamber was created to fill a longstanding gap in one of Texas' fastest-growing regions. As the first Black Chamber of Commerce in Collin County's history, CCBCC serves as a powerful advocate for economic empowerment, business growth, and community development. Through networking, education, and strategic partnerships, the Chamber helps foster a stronger, more inclusive business ecosystem across Allen, Frisco, Plano, McKinney, and surrounding communities. It also serves a rapidly expanding population of over 1.2 million residents across Allen, Frisco, Plano, McKinney, and surrounding cities.

Since the county’s founding in the 1840s, there had been no Black Chamber of Commerce. CCBCC proudly stands as the FIRST Black Chamber in over 150 years.
