Experience with specialized populations; postpartum, active duty military, LGBTQ+, IOP/PHP (step down). Integrating sound & vibrational healing/EFT/mindful movement/breathwork, if client desires and if deemed appropriate, to target somatic symptoms, stored trauma, or relax the sympathetic nervous system and more can be a powerful tool for self-healing.
