Hi, I'm Lindsey. I believe therapy should feel like a safe and supportive space - not intimidating or overwhelming. Whether you're feeling stuck, burned out, anxious, or simply ready for something to change, you don't have to figure it out alone. I have experience working with individuals and families across a variety of settings, from outpatient therapy to higher levels of care. This background allows me to meet clients with compassion, depth, and a realistic understanding of how mental health challenges show up in everyday life.
I’ve supported clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional overwhelm, relationship stress, and life transitions (divorce, college, new parents, career). My approach to therapy is collaborative, down-to-earth, and tailored to you. I use evidence-based practices while focusing on what feels most helpful and meaningful for your goals.
I believe therapy works best when you feel heard, respected, and empowered - not judged or rushed. My goal is to create a space where you can be yourself, build insight, and develop tools that actually fit your life.
