I am Dr. Kervil Durand, PhD, LCSW-S, LCDC. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I am also a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. I provide psychotherapy services utilizing an eclectic approach, utilizing different approaches to meet the needs of the client. Some of the approaches I utilize in my practice are Client Centered Approach, Psychodynamic Approach, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solutions Focus Therapy. I utilize a Humanistic worldview and Psychodynamic Approach which helps participants with enhancing emotional awareness, and growth within their relationships. I also utilize a Client Centered Approach, Family Systems approach, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and a Strength Based Perspective.
