I help people understand anxiety as a pattern of “what might happen” thinking that leads to overthinking, worst-case scenarios, and mental loops. The focus is on slowing those patterns down and helping clients feel more clear, steady, and in control of daily life.
The approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), narrative therapy, and mindfulness to build practical tools clients can use outside of sessions. The goal is to help people get unstuck, reduce overwhelm, and create lasting change in a direct but supportive way.
