Roots Southern Table celebrates Chef Tiffany Derry’s Southern upbringing, where food was central to family life and hospitality. Inspired by her grandmother’s traditions—seasonal eating, preserving food, and classic Southern dishes like fried chicken and fish fries—the restaurant reflects a true field-to-table way of living.

Co-founded by Tiffany Derry and Tom Foley, Roots is about more than food; it’s about connection, community, and honoring one’s roots. The goal is to create a welcoming space that feels like coming home, with great food, service, and shared experience.
