Provide flawless silk blowouts, educate clients on textured hair care, recommend products/services, and create a premium guest experience while supporting daily studio operations.
Responsibilities
Perform silk blowouts on all textured hair types
Educate clients on care and maintenance
Recommend add‑ons, retail, and memberships
Deliver luxury hospitality
Maintain a clean, professional studio
Requirements
Texas cosmetology license
Strong customer service + styling skills
Team‑oriented, motivated, reliable
Weekday PM + weekend availability
Round‑brush experience a plus
Benefits
$12–$26/hr average; up to $30/hr fully trained
