Description

I am a diagnostic radiologist at Queen’s Medical Center, with a specialty in interventional radiology. I interpret all the x-rays, CT scans, and ultrasounds taken by the QMC medical staff, and my analysis provides our doctors with the information they will use to help guide a patient’s treatment. In my capacity as an interventional radiologist with QMC, I use the same x-rays and CT scans to perform minimally-invasive procedures, such as small skin incisions, with low complication rates and quick recovery times.

I interned at Queens many years ago during my medical training, and not only fell in love with Hawaii, but also fell in love with my wife, who is from Hilo. After further medical training outside Hawaii, we returned in 2007 to start our family, and have since raised four lovely children. I feel truly blessed to be a part of Hawaii and to live here with my family, as well as to be a part of the Queen’s ‘ohana.
